How it Works

Hale’s Road to Wellness is a four hour indoor spin event. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to help more people in our community benefit from YMCA programs like LIVESTRONG so they can continue their road to wellness!

START A TEAM

Pull together a team to hit the “virtual” road with! Reserve one bike per team, as team members ride relay-style sharing the stationary bike for four 60-minute cycling sessions. Or, you can ride the entire time yourself.

"Last year I was very depressed about a family matter that had traumatized me.  I saw an ad for the LiveStrong Program, and I found the courage to make the call.  I had never joined anything alone and I had never been in a gym before.  My first interview I was so nervous, but Cindy put me at ease.  I joined the program and it made me stronger physically, mentally and socially.  All of the staff always had a smile for you, and they were helpful and encouraging.  They never were pushy about you having to do more and they introduced us to so many of the other great classes at the Y.  The people I met in the program were very nice, I made some very close friends.  I loved it here and joined right after the program ended.  I now come all the time with the friends I made here." - Patricia Larrow
